Sunny Monday Road Trip!
Posted 1st June 2026
Sked's garden is a beautiful community garden near our base and on a sunny day it is filled with butterflies, the sound of birdsong and the buzzing of contented bees. Our young people marvelled at the emerging tadpoles in the clear pond, and practised skimming stones, alongside enjoying time out from technology and worries.
Moving on to Campsie Glen, they dipped their toes in the cool river and clambered on rocks and up hills.
Nature was kind to everyone that day , and one young person remarked later " I had the best sleep ever after the trip on Monday."
