I have worked with EDC’s Throughcare and Aftercare team for the past 9 years.
I am really excited to be working with the house project which offers our young people the support and opportunities they need to successfully move on from care and into their own homes.
I am committed to improving outcomes for our care experienced young people.

NHP is celebrating two huge achievements: 600 care-experienced young people have now moved into homes of their own as part of the growing House Project community which is now made up of over 1000 young people. This achievement is about so much more than just numbers, it demonstrates a growing community of young people leaving care, living connected and fulfilling lives through developing friendships and community, and really showcases the significant difference meaningful relationships can make.
